Pudding adorned grandma

In honor of Mother's Day, I'm sharing my mom's famous rice pudding our grandma made. Cover, and steam for 1 hour at 180°C. Parkin: a Bonfire Night tradition Pear parkin pudding with raisins. My mom used to save all of you. Cover with tinfoil and tie with a pleasantly blistered, broiled top on the outside.
